Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join a small team in Boston.



Will be responsible for:

Manufacturing operations to ensure products are manufactured according to GMP
Must be creative, efficient, and a team player (able to manage and build and be a part of a team).
Identify and implement process improvements and revise documentation to increase productivity
Develop and implement Employee Training Program
Manage shipping and receiving function
Develop and effectively manage operating budget
Develop and maintain cost effective vendors
Participate and troubleshoot customer issues


Must have:

5 years experience in managing a small team
BS in related field
Minimum of two year success in managing and employee development in manufacturing environment
Experience manufacturing immunoassay products using ELISA and western blot technologies (highly desirable)
Team player attitude/Great interpersonal skills
