Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior management, finance, sales and marketing, and R&D to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect growth, profitability, and productivity. Recommend strategic alternatives and assist business units in developing operational plans.

• Lead M&A, partnership, and equity investment activities. Build and screen pipeline. Lead due diligence and deal execution. Plan and lead integrations.


Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong work ethic and drive for success.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to think critically and strategically.
• Team player.
• Bachelors degree and MBA with 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or corporate development roles.
• A strong understanding of life sciences industries and life sciences technologies is strongly preferred.
