Research Associate/Senior Research Associate

Responsibilities:

Candidate will be working in Immunology/Translational Research, developing in vitro cellular immunoassays to monitor immune responses of various vaccines for cancer and infectious disease. The candidate will perform mammalian cell culture, ELISPOT, ELISA, FACS, proliferation, CTL assay and other assays such as Western Blot and PCR. The candidate will be involved in optimization and qualification of assay format, writing of Standard Operating Procedures and Technical Reports and performing the immunomonitoring of clinical trials strictly following the SOPs. The candidate is expected to present and discuss data at internal meetings. The candidate will also participate in general laboratory activities that include reagent ordering and equipment maintenance. The candidate will work closely with the clinical group and interact with other departments, Process Analytical Technologies, Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment is required.

Qualifications:
1-3 years laboratory experience in industry or academia, preferably in immunoassay development. B.S or M.S. in Biological Sciences
