Description: We are seeking a talented and highly motivated research associate to join our team that is developing our proprietary single molecule array (SiMoA) technology. The person employed in this position will develop and validate methods for detecting a variety of biological molecules using SiMoA. The position will involve the use of optical and fluorescence microscopy, microtiter plate readers, and automated liquid handling equipment. The research associate will gain experience with surface chemistry techniques and the immobilization of biomolecules.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, bioengineering or equivalent subjects. Experience in a research laboratory environment is required. Candidates should have exceptional practical and scientific skills. Candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced interdisciplinary environment, and the desire to work collaboratively on multiple projects. The ability to work independently and solve challenging technical problems is essential.
