Research Associate - Purification

Candidates should have a strong background in Biochemistry/Proteomics with emphasis on small scale protein/peptide purification. Knowledge of AKTA(TM) Unicorn Software is highly preferred.

Needed skills are as follows:

• Experience in basic protein analytics including SDS-PAGE, protein assays (e.g., BCA or Bradford dye-based assays), and UV spectroscopy.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, work independently, and possess strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to keep a detailed lab notebook and possibly write brief technical reports.

• Two years industry experience preferred.
