Job Description
Quality Control professional to manage testing and reporting for biological products. Position includes method qualification and validation, as well as planning and execution of product stability programs and release testing of drug substance and drug products for use in pre-clinical and clinical studies.

Job Responsibilities:
• Mentoring and training Quality Control Staff. • Management of timelines for projects and product release. • Prioritization of activities. • Implementation of Quality Systems used in the QC labs. • Resolution of technical and compliance issues. • Oversight of the QC Microbiology, Chemistry and Stability functions

Required Skills
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant work experience in project management within the Biotechnology field and aGMP Quality Control laboratory. • Extensive familiarity with current regulations (FDA, EU, ICH, etc.). • Strong and effective organizational, communication, presentation, and writing skills. • Strong interpersonal skills; must be capable of effectively establishing professional rapport with internal personnel, various levels of management. • Education: B.S. or M.S. in life sciences or other biologics-related discipline required.
