Manufacturing Manager, Support Services
Manages a small to medium size group of employees focused on one or more areas in the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing process within a Support Services (buffer, media and equipment prep) environment. Defines necessary resources to meet production schedules that may run across multiple shifts. Applies standard costs and use of materials, labor and machines which can affect standard costs. Investigates labor, cost and process variances and deviations. Contributes to annual budget process through creation of financial schedules for their operation. Implements subsequent changes in methodologies.
Basic Qualifications:
8-10 years experience working in a cGMP manufacturing environment and a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science degree in a Science related study.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing a large scale Support Services operation.
