Information Systems Analyst
Job Title: Information Systems Analyst
This individual will be responsible for driving the ongoing implementation, support, and administration of SharePoint, as well as other enterprise information systems. Must be able to work independently with staff of various disciplines and levels of responsibility, as well as software vendors to analyze requirements, communicate expectations, gain buy-in, plan, iterate on implementation build outs, and communicate progress. Projects will also consist of integration of enterprise information systems with each other, increasing process and data flow efficiencies, and improving consistency of reporting tools.
This position will report to the Senior Manager of IT and Scientific Computing.
This is a full time position.
Minimum skill set:
ü Experience in the installation, configuration, and administration of Microsoft SharePoint 2010
ü Experience in using, administering, and customizing Microsoft Project 2010 Professional
ü Ability to learn new systems, technologies, or programming languages in a timely fashion as required
ü Systems integration –skill in integrating reporting and other functionality between systems
ü Demonstrated project planning, driving, tracking, and reporting capabilities
ü Proficient in other Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, & Word
ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ü 5-10 years of experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry
