The Manager, BPA – NIBR Operations will work independently as the financial business partner to the global Heads of several NIBR functions, including Program Office, Communications, HR, Strategic Alliances and Finance/CFO functions. In this role you are the lead in the financial planning process, providing monthly reporting and analysis services and are the financial consultant to support decision making and driving productivity.

Major Accountabilities · Support decision-making process with financial analysis and ensuring business partners and their teams understand the financial implications of their actions and decisions · Provide financial expertise in the preparation of monthly reporting, Latest Forecasts and Budgets · Successfully partner with the management team in the formulation of their business and financial plans including the understanding of key business and cost drivers, including headcount and capital expenditures · Interact with FRA regarding month end closing and accruals · Manage local or global projects and initiatives and the tracking of capital investment projects. · Partner effectively with respective local BPAs for these functions in other sites  

Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting, MBA strongly preferred. The candidate should have 5+ years relevant, progressive experience. Must have experience with financial planning and reporting process and business partnering.
The Manager will have excellent analytical skills with the ability to present information in a simple concise manner, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a self motivated individual who works well under pressure with proven ability to manage multiple tasks. Expert Excel skills and reasonable proficiency with Word and PowerPoint are important.
