Curis is an oncology-focused drug development company seeking to develop novel drug candidates for the treatment of human cancers. Our collaborator Debiopharm is developing Curis-discovered HSP90 inhibitor Debio 0932 in clinical testing.

Curis is seeking a highly motivated administrative professional to provide broad administrative support to the Clinical Research & Development group. This position requires extensive coordination and interaction within the department, with other Curis departments, and with outside parties.
This person will be responsible for:
- Coordinating meetings, creating agendas, managing calendars;
- Scheduling travel, both domestic and international;
- Creating expense reports;
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents;
- Supporting executives in all areas, including highly confidential matters;
- Coordinating project-based work;
- Proactively responding to questions, concerns, and requests for information;
- Coordinating efforts with the Executive Assistant.
This position requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a professional setting. Prior experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. Excellent computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment, are required. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff. Superior organization skills and attention to detail, and flexibility in an ever-changing environment, are essential.
