Temp. Contract, 6 months
The Molecular Pharmacology team is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fulfill solids requests from our solids archive using internal software applications. The position includes weighing out of solid compounds and maintaining the archive and new submissions, including outsourced compounds. Strong customer service is critical for the role as there are day-to-day interactions with scientists from all areas of research. In addition, the individual will assist the liquids archive in storage format conversion and sample submission upgrade, to include familiarization with automated liquid handling platforms. A successful candidate will have the ability to meet deadlines while under pressure, work well with minimal supervision, balance work with changing priorities and have strong communication skills.
