Field Service Coordinator
The Field Service Coordinator collaborates daily with customers, field reps, managers and support teams to direct and schedule technical support service. Essential Responsibilities Include: Directing all incoming live calls for the Hotline to the appropriate Technical Support team; Assigning all Field Service calls to the appropriate regional Field Service Representative; Assisting Field Service Representatives with schedules and assignments within Pivotal (CRM System); Checking new orders and batch load shipped products/warranties to Pivotal using download /upload queries and Excel database; Updating Pivotal database with product swaps and new installations of products; Keeping Pivotal current with customer, warranty and product information; Running system jobs to update calls in Pivotal using Pronto Forms download/upload agents; Performing data entry of remote trainers weekly training hours; Managing the weekly Field Service Customer Satisfaction Online Survey emails and response database; and other tasks as directed by Manager, Field Operations.
Requirements: Associates degree or relevant experience with at least 3 years experience in a customer support role. Must be professional and have strong phone skills. The ideal candidate will have strong CRM system and Resource scheduling experience, strong interpersonal skills, a cooperative attitude, and must be able to multitask. Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with MS Excel. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm.
