Complaints Specialist will be responsible for assuring the effective management of complaints through the maintenance of systems and procedures that track, measure and escalate customer complaints, regulatory requirements, and best industry practices. 




BS/MS with 5+ years experience handling product quality complaints.

Must have an excellent understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, regulatory reporting requirements and experience in interacting with FDA and International regulatory authorities and a familiarity with Pharmacovigilance operations. 

Experience with Trackwise is a plus

andidates must live local and be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
