Job Description Summary: Partnering with the HR Staffing Team and the HR Business Partners, this highly collaborative and visible role is critical in helping to ensure an outstanding candidate experience. The primary focus of the role is to provide “high-touch” customer service and administrative support in the full employee lifecycle of recruiting; from posting through onboarding. Job Responsibilities:
Full lifecycle recruitment support, including: sourcing assistance, scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews, preparing interview agendas, communicating with candidates and vendors, creating offer letters, initiating and managing background checks, etc. Managing candidate expense reimbursement Posting jobs on websites, determining and executing on visibility campaigns Working with applicant tracking system to track candidate and other activities Assist in preparing materials for, and attending Career Fairs  Administer Employee Referral Bonus Program Provide support for Non-employee staffing Responsible for all recruitment reporting and metrics, including Requisition Report Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies Liaise with relocation vendor to provide candidate relocation support Responsible for all recruitment administrative activities Other HR/Staffing projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a related discipline preferred. Minimum 2-3 years relevant HR administrative experience preferred; HR Staffing experience a plus. Advance skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.         Footer Submitting a resume online at a job site could cause valuable screening information to be missed.
