Job Summary:
The person in this position will be responsible for design, development and overseeing the implementation of Bioanalytical assays (PK, Immunogenicity) in support of early and late stage Development Program.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include the assay development, qualification/validation of appropriate assays to detect protein therapeutics, immune response to such therapeutics, and biomarker assays in support of Preclinical and clinical studies in accordance with current guidelines and industry standards for such assays.
Qualifications:
Successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the Bioanalytical area, an interest and aptitude in learning new technologies, pays attention to detail, be flexible and have strong work ethics to meet demanding timelines and have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Education:
A BS/MS in cell biology/molecular biology/immunology with 3+ years of industry experience in a related field is required. Experience in immunoassay development, immunogenicity assays, and cell based assay development using a variety of technologies such as ELISA, MSD, Biacore, flow cytometry, reporter gene assays, statistical analysis of data is required. Familiarity with PK/PD concepts, and experience in supporting pre-clinical and clinical studies, interaction with pharmacokinetics scientists, toxicologists, clinicians and with regulatory authorities is desirable. Familiarity with GLP compliance procedures and guidelines is a must.
