Research Associate - Protein
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Construct and validate libraries.
·Implement protocols for selection.
· Perform experiments that will determine the role and value of each technology to our client's biotherapeutics discovery efforts.
Experience
· B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, or related field with at least 2 years of experience or M.S. in with at least 1 year of relevant research experience in an industrial or academic setting.
· Experience with one or more selection technologies such as ribosome display, mRNA display (PROfusion ®), or phage or yeast display is a strong plus.
· Independence in performing and troubleshooting molecular biology procedures.
· Experience working with microorganisms and/or cell culture.
