Associate Scientist – In-Vitro ADMET
This position will be involved in all aspects of studies supporting In Vitro ADMET evaluations of small drug molecules. The position is hands-on, working in close cooperation with and under the guidance of more senior staff members in a fast-paced environment where a commitment to teamwork, quality data and speed is essential.
General
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.

Technical
• Independently perform routine biochemical and cell-based procedures for sample incubations, preparations and analyses.
• With minimum guidance, perform non-routine experiments.
• Computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, data analysis and analytical instrumentation software.
• Understand and use analytical instrumentation for routine work, such as LC/MS/MS.
• Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and experiments with the guidance of senior staff.
• Previous experience with In Vitro ADMET assays is highly desirable.
Communication
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to coworkers and supervisors.
• Identify and report difficulties with various aspects of assays and extraction / analysis.
Leadership
• Mentor and train junior staff.
Regulatory
• Follow company SOPs and guidelines.
• Ensure that raw data records are accurate, complete, and in appropriate order.
This position requires a minimum of a 4 year science degree in chemistry, biology or closely related field with one year of experience.
