Registration for the 2012 MassBio Annual Meeting includes access to all keynote presentations, panel discussions, breakfast, lunch, breaks, and receptions throughout the two days.

Badging and Security
2012 MassBio Annual Meeting badges will be used to identify all delegates. Every delegate is required to present photo identification and a current business card showing company affiliation at registration. For those registering on-site, credit card payment will also be required.
We encourage all delegates to pre-register for the 2012 MassBio Annual Meeting to help expedite the credentialing process on site.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary on a MassBio event enrollment form, MassBio does not provide refunds for event seats purchased. Delegates who purchase event seats may send a substitute colleague employed by the same organization to attend the event. MassBio reserves the right to refuse attendance to the event for substitutions that have not been authorized in advance of the event by MassBio. You agree to provide MassBio with written notification of the name of the substitute prior to the event. Substitutions will be accepted up to the start of the event, and must provide picture identification and a current business card showing company affiliation at the registration desk. MassBio reserves the right to vary, postpone, or otherwise cancel an event where the occasion necessitates. Only if MassBio cancels the event shall you be entitled to a refund. MassBio accepts no other liability if, for whatever reason, the event does not take place.
