XPX Boston - MBBP Series: Part IIl - "How Pre-Deal Planning Affects Life After The Deal"
The first MBBP event discussed the major traps that business owners frequently fall into during the sale of their business that might be avoided with pre-exit planning. The second event focused on the sale of the business owner’s company and the execution requirements around a liquidity event. The third and final event of this year’s series will involve business owners who have successfully experienced an exit and are now actively engaged in additional business endeavors and other related activities. The panel discussion will address what business owners need to know prior to the deal and during its negotiation so that life after the deal will continue to produce even after the money is in the bank.
