Workforce Training Fund Informational Seminar
Did you know that your company could qualify for grant funding to train new and current employees? If your company has 100 or fewer employees, you could receive up to 50% reimbursement for training -- come learn how!
Join us on Thursday February 13th at 8am and learn how your company may apply for grants training funding. This session is free, but we do ask for you to register for the event.
Many MassBio member companies with 100 or fewer employees have qualified for and received reimbursement for training employees! Hear their success stories, and learn from Mike Corcoran, Marketing and Outreach Coordinator for the Workforce Training Fund about how your company can participate!
The Workforce Training Fund is a state fund enacted into law in July 1998 and financed entirely by Massachusetts employers. Its purpose is to provide resources to Massachusetts businesses and workers to train current and newly hired employees.
These information sessions will give an overview of all of the Workforce Training Fund Grant programs: the General Program Grant, Technical Assistance Grant, Consortium Grants, Express Program Grants, and Hiring Incentive Training Grants. The session will provide an overview of the features and benefits of each program, the amount of available funding, and how to apply for the each grant using the online application process.
