Rita B. Allen, Founder & President, Rita B. Allen Associates
Rita Balian Allen is the founder and president of Rita B. Allen Associates, a provider of career/talent management consulting and coaching services for individuals and organizations representing a variety of industries including high technology, biotechnology, financial services, professional services, medical  devices/pharmaceuticals, higher education, healthcare and retail/consumer products. She has over 25 years of Human Resource Management experience in the areas of employment, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, benefits, executive coaching, and management development. Her specialty areas include executive coaching, leadership development, management training and career development.

In her previous role as Vice President of Marketing and Search Services with Gatti & Associates, a national search firm specializing in the search and placement of H.R. professionals, Rita directed firm wide marketing initiatives and specialized in senior level Human Resources search assignments. Prior to joining the firm, she held human resources positions with C.R. Bard, Inc., BTU International and Unitrode Corporation.

Rita holds a Master of Science in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Janet Mullert is a highly respected Human Resources search professional with more than 20 years’ experience in Boston and New England. She has managed HR searches for mid and senior level executives for emerging start-ups to global Fortune 500 companies.   An intuitive and astute analyst of corporate strengths and challenges as well as a sensitive and insightful career advisor to candidates, Janet brings her unique talents for “match-making” to all her searches. Prior to launching M2 Partners with Wende Malster, her long-time colleague, she was a Vice President at Gatti & Associates where she secured exceptional Human Resources talent for such companies as Aegerion, Moderna, Rapid7, HeartWare, Old Mutual, and Parexel.

Colleen Wilson, Vice President of Human Resources, OmniGuide, Inc
Colleen Wilson joined OmniGuide in September 2012 as Senior Director, Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President in January 2014. Ms. Wilson has 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field, 12 of which have been in strategic roles of increasing responsibility within the Life Sciences industry. She has a strong background in employment, employee relations, organizational design, talent development, strategic business partnering and compensation. Most recently she was Director, Human Resources for Rib-X Pharmaceuticals. Prior to that Ms. Wilson held Human Resources roles with Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Targanta Therapeutics, Genzyme Corporation and Therion Biologics. Ms. Wilson received her Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire and her Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
