Please join the Business Development committee in this breakfast event for a discussion and presentation on deciphering and interpreting many of the usual clauses seen at the back of an agreement which usually get termed as "boilerplate".
Jeff Johnson, Partner in the Technology Transactions and Licensing Group at WilmerHale, will lead the discussion, presentation and moderating comments from the audience around the standard clauses of a licensing agreement, including:
