The roles and responsibilities of a Project Manager (PM) at a contract research organization (CRO) will be presented and discussed. This talk will focus on those aspects of project management which are essential for project success in a service provider environment.

From the service provider's perspective, great importance is placed on the PMs ability to prioritize and balance communication, cost, and scope, while meeting the client's expectations, needs and deliverables.

Nicole Krilla, who joins us from Wolfe Laboratories, Inc. and James Rolke from Prospect Therapeutics will present examples to help illustrate successful client-vendor interactions.
