A workforce revolution is upon us ... managers, are you prepared?
We often hear that a manager's success lies in their ability to develop their talent. But in today's multi-generational work environment, differences in values, skills, and personal priorities among the generations are inflicting a whole new set of challenges upon companies and their leaders. How do you manage and develop teams with such severe differences in opinions and approaches to work?
With more than 18 years experience coaching, managing and training individuals and companies on a wide variety of career-related topics, we will show session participants how the ability to lead a multi-generational team is directly tied to:
A) a company's ability to leverage generational knowledge, and
B) it's management team's ability to develop a leadership strategy that gets results.
This interactive two-hour session is a comprehensive workshop designed to enhance attendees' management skills for today's changing workplace.
**We are very interested in addressing some real concerns. If you are comfortable sending specific scenarios (which will be kept strictly confidential) to be discussed during the session, please forward directly to Lori Gold at lori.gold@massbio.org.
