Consolidating Data - Data Migration, Warehousing and Business Intelligence
Presenters and Topics
AGGREGATING DATA FROM YOUR CONTRACT PARTNERS - TO BE ACCESSABLE AND USABLE.
In today's environment companies in the Life Science arena are employing more and more contract partners to meet their business needs. The necessity of doing this comes from many different directions. The gambit spans from Life Science companies that are totally virtual to large Pharma companies that are outsourcing an ever increasing number of business processes that are not their core competency. All of this leads to numerous sources of disjointed data that needs to be compiled into homogeneous information that business managers can utilize to make informed business decisions.
This presentation will provide guidance in the two components required: Aggregating all of the data from the multiple sources and then compiling and providing access to Information NOT DATA, that will support informed decision making. Through the walkthrough of business cases to discussions on different tools for creating business intelligence we will provide you with an overview of best practices and recommended approaches for successfully aggregating data from your contract partners.
Speaker: John Postle, Vice President, Enterprise Life Sciences, Court Square Group
