Mission

The PMC will act as a center of excellence to:
  • Provide an understanding of PM tools and methodologies and their application to the management of projects/programs within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industries.
  • Provide a forum for discussion, practice, and information exchange in the areas of coaching, facilitation, and training in the application of PM to the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industries for the overall purpose of building strategic project/program management capabilities within MBC member organizations.
