DGA is run by David Glass, a cofounder and former president of the MBC, whose experience in the Massachusetts biotechnology industry dates back to its earliest days in 1981. Most recently, Dr. Glass spent ten years as an associate director of the tech transfer office at Mass. General Hospital, and since April 2001 has assisted biotech companies and academic institutions as an independent consultant.
