IntelligentMDx, Inc. is developing point-of-care medical devices to aid in patient diagnosis and provide treatment guidance. We believe that there is a need for rapid diagnostic devices employed at the point of care that are easy to use and inexpensive to operate. Toward that goal we are developing two products. The first is a portable blood analysis device that will measure a basic blood test non-invasively. Our second project is a molecular-based diagnostic system that will determine the precise cause of a patient's symptoms and provide therapeutic guidance. Such products, deployed at the point of patient care, are expected to significantly reduce the time between initial patient contact and accurate diagnosis and treatment.
