LNR Property Corporation Northeastern Region, a Massachusetts Corporation, is the master planner and developer for the South Weymouth Naval Air Station, which is a complex mixed-use project incorporating 2855 residential units and 2 million square feet of commercial space, including a Village Center, Shea Science Park, civic and recreational uses, and a hotel.
