Our service offerings include direct hire, temporary to hire, temporary and on-site management services. The Biotech Division is responsible for aggressively building inventory across all Biotech disciplines, including Research and Development, Process Development, Clinical, QA/QC, and Manufacturing. This focus has enabled us to respond rapidly to a wide range of skills with prescreened, qualified individuals. We currently have hundreds of professionals on contract, ranging from entry level through Ph.D. working within the New England Biotech industry. The contracts range from several weeks through several years. In fact, many of these contracts eventually convert to permanent positions, depending on the needs of the client organization.
