MassBio signs for 12,157 SF with Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. in Cambridge

BOSTON (June 12, 2012) — CB Richard Ellis – N.E. Partners, LP today announced that a new lease has been signed with Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. at 300 Technology Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts. MassBio, the leading advocate for the Bay State's world premier life science cluster, has relocated from One Cambridge Center and now occupies 12,157 square feet at Alexandria’s Technology Square, Cambridge’s flagship destination for life science collaboration and innovation.
