Back Bay Life Science Advisors offers strategic consulting for R&D, commercial, corporate, and business development needs of life science companies.  Our model, which mandates that scientific, clinical, commercial, and transactional expertise are contiguous, provides clear differentiation in business development execution.  This approach provided critical insights as we prepared for and executed this transaction.

Prior to launching the transaction process, Back Bay determined commercial and R&D strategic directions for Action Pharma, performed deep scientific due diligence and clinical trial data analysis as well as additional analysis of regulatory, market, and commercial dynamics for AP214.  Consistent with our model, we then served as the embedded business development team for Action Pharma executing on all phases of the transaction process.  Our deep insights driven by our collective expertise enabled us to optimally position AP214 among potential partners and ultimately ensured a successful outcome for Action Pharma.
