Chelas joined MassBio in April 2021. As the Director of Member Engagement, Chelas is responsible for enhancing the value of the membership experience by building strong relationships with new and existing member companies.

While new to the life sciences industry she comes to MassBio with more than 7 years of non-profit member engagement experience.

Chelas earned her Master of Tourism Administration from George Washington University in 2013 and her Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management from Niagara University in 2008.
