About Mona

Mona is the Senior Director of Member Experience at MassBio, where she will elevate the member experience by focusing on enhancing member satisfaction, engagement, and value.

In addition, Mona supports the organization’s marketing, business development, and finance initiatives, helping drive efficiency and value across MassBio.

Before joining MassBio in 2016, Mona was the Senior Membership Operations Specialist at the MSCPA, where she specialized in increasing membership, member engagement, process improvement, and dues and program revenue.

Mona has 25 years of association management experience in Trade and Professional Associations. She has served as Chair of the Membership Committee and has been a member of the Board of Directors at the New England Society of Association Executives, as well as the American Society of Association Executives’ membership development committee.

Mona graduated from the Institute for Organization Management in 2004 and became a Certified Association Executive (CAE) in 2009. She currently resides in Melrose with her husband and cat Ella.
