Biotechnology Project Management provides a practical, industry-specific approach to managing projects within the life sciences. Participants explore project management principles across the drug development lifecycle, including risk analysis, resource allocation, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Through experiential learning and real-world examples, participants strengthen their ability to manage projects and teams effectively in a regulated biotech environment.
