Recent scientific studies are unlocking the effects of gratitude. The experience of feeling grateful can relieve stress and pain; improve sleep, mood, and relationships; and limit the effects of depression and fatigue. What’s more, even though all humans feel grateful some of the time, we can train ourselves to feel more grateful, more of the time. One key factor? It’s mindfulness.
