Program Structure

  1. Applications: U.S. health technology companies interested in the program can apply by completing a questionnaire before June 14, 2024 (see below for application information).
  1. Webinar and Q&A on June 25, 2024, 8-11am EDT: 20-30 companies will be selected to participate in a 3-hour webinar and Q&A with leaders from Israel’s health care and regulatory systems, major hospitals, and the Ministry of Health. The webinar will cover the Israeli healthcare system, regulatory environment, clinical trial dynamics, and marketplace advantages.
  2. Opportunities for deeper exploration: After the webinar, companies will have opportunities for 1:1 virtual meetings with Israeli KOLs and hospital leaders to further explore how they might benefit from clinical development in Israel
  3. Immersive Workshop in Israel: 4-5 companies will be selected for a one-week immersive experience in Israel, including visits to major medical centers and meetings with potential principal investigators, regulatory experts, and other stakeholders.

About the Program

The Israel Advantage for Healthtech Innovation Program is part of the US-Israel HealthTech Hub (HTH), an initiative funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. HTH fosters collaboration between the United States and Israel to enhance the commercial development and delivery of health technology innovations, improving healthcare systems and patient outcomes in both countries. The program is led by the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) in partnership with Mass General Brigham and The Israel-America Chamber of Commerce.
