Description
Transitioning to Leader + supports individuals who are new to leadership or preparing to take on people management responsibilities. Participants develop a clear understanding of the leader-manager they aim to be and build foundational leadership skills related to communication, collaboration, and employee engagement. The course emphasizes practical tools that participants can immediately apply as they transition into leadership roles.
