Adesis, Inc. is a contract research and development manufacturing organization (CRDMO) specializing in addressing our clients’ most challenging chemistry needs in drug research, development and the manufacturing of novel small molecules. Adesis is a U.S.-based CRDMO providing custom synthesis and development services for small molecules, peptides, Oligonucleotides and deuterated compounds (2H,13C, and 15N labeled) — spanning discovery chemistry, process optimization, scale-up, and specialty manufacturing.
Adesis supports the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry, biomaterials, and catalysts industry. It specializes in organic and organometallic synthesis, in milligrams to multi-kilogram quantities. We have been successful for over 20 years by taking a different approach than other CRO’s and CDMO’s.
