Flamma USA, based in Malvern, PA (slightly outside of Philadelphia), is a trusted U.S.-based Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specializing in small molecule Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). Our cGMP facility is purpose built and focused to support your drug development programs from early stage/pre-clinical through Phase III, ensuring speed, quality, and compliance at every step.
We offer a full suite of services, including process development, analytical method development and validation, and cGMP manufacturing. Our capabilities include multiple kilo labs, a cGMP pilot plant, and high-containment suite for highly potent APIs (HPAPIs) with occupational exposure limits (OEL) below 0.1 µg/m³. Flamma USA is also licensed to handle Schedule II–V controlled substances.
