About Emilie

Emilie joined MassBio in January of 2024. As a Membership Engagement Specialist, she focuses on expanding program awareness and helping member organizations maximize their MassBio memberships. 

Before joining MassBio, Emilie was the People Engagement Specialist at Syros Pharmaceuticals, where she enhanced company culture and increased employee engagement. Prior to joining the Life Science community, Emilie spent 10+ years working at various non-profit organizations and academic institutions. 

Emilie graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Telecommunications and a minor in Business and then went on to earn her MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. She currently resides in Somerville with her husband and enjoys live music, kayaking, and rooting for the Celtics.
