Where the word “you” or “your” appears in the remainder of these Terms and Conditions it shall be deemed to include both you and your organization, if any. The Careers Page on our Site is hosted by YourMembership and as a convenience to you, directly links to their website. Social Media

MassBio uses a variety of social media pages including Twitter, LinkedIn and others, to facilitate conversations about business, industry, trends, news and our core value and mission related initiatives.  These pages are for informational and/or conversational purposes only.  MassBio is not responsible for any comments from third parties.  MassBio did not create, does not control, and does not necessarily support or endorse third party comments. MassBio, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove content from our social media pages and/or block users.

The Massachusetts Biotechnology Council (“MassBio”) takes the privacy of our visitors very seriously, and maintaining your privacy is important to us. The following statement will help you understand how, and to what extent, MassBio collects and uses the personal information you provide to us on our Site. We do not solicit or knowingly collect information from minors under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
