Who can use the MassBioHub?
The MassBioHub is exclusively available to MassBio members. If you’re not a member, please inquire about usage by contacting Sales Specialist, Emily Hill.
How do I reserve space?
Fill out our Meeting & Event Inquiry Form, and a representative from our team will contact you within 3 business days to follow up.

Where are you located?
The MassBioHub is located at 700 Technology Square, Cambridge, MA 02139. Upon arrival, you will take the elevators up to the 5th floor to be navigated to the 4th floor where your event will take place.
How many people can you accommodate?
The MassBioHub is able to accommodate group as small as 2 and as large as 200. Please view our venue specification page for more information.
What complimentary services and amenities are included in my booking?
Whether you’re hosting a large conference or just coming in to work in our common spaces, you gain access to a variety of complimentary services and amenities, including:
- Unlimited access to refreshments and snacks at the Commonwealth Café, including a Bevi machine, coffee/latte/hot chocolate machine, bottled water, assorted canned sodas, and Lean Box meals ($)
- Two soundproof phone booths
- A range of event equipment: flip chart & markers, easel, mobile whiteboard, mobile podium, stools for panels, Bluetooth speaker, audio equipment, and a check-in/registration table.
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- On-site event staff for logistical support during your event.
Who are your third-party caterers and vendors?
- Bakers Best: Catering (For Kosher meals, we offer Catering by Andrew)
- Accommodate various dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, plant-based, and Kosher. Please inform our staff of any specific allergies or requirements. Menu selections are available on the MassBioHub webpage, catering to a range of tastes and budgets. While preset packages are available, we can customize menus to suit your group’s preferences, ensuring a tailored experience for your event. Note the MassBioHub does not allow outside catering, food, or beverages.

Can I connect with your third-party caterers and vendors directly?
To streamline the event planning process, we handle all of the communication between members and our vendors and facilitate all of the planning.
Do you accommodate specific dietary needs?
Our preferred caterer, Bakers Best, has excellent offerings and is always eager to work with us and our members in order to accommodate specific culinary needs.
How far in advance do you need my final guest count?
In order to appropriately finish the planning and final billing process, your final guest count is due no less than 7 business days.

Is parking available?
Steps away from our facility there is parking available at the Technology Square Garage at 800 Technology Square, Cambridge, MA 02139. We do not validate parking. Accepted forms of payment in the garage include American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa Cards.
