About Marisia

Marisia joined MassBio in August of 2023.  As the Business Development Manager, she is the first point of contact for expanding program awareness to new members while working to strengthen relationships with current members to their organization’s best advantage through informational meetings, member outreach, and events.

Prior to joining MassBio, Marisia was employed by Massachusetts Institute of Technology as Events and Membership Manager at the Center for Biomedical Innovation supporting its biopharmaceutical manufacturing consortia through member-driven events and research conferences.  She has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality and event management industries.  Marisia graduated with a BA in English Literature from Binghamton University
