Guardian Therapeutics

Life Sciences | Agricultural / Industrial Biotechnology
Lexington, MA 781-918-6580

Overview

Guardian Therapeutics is a well-capitalized, privately owned drug discovery & development venture based in Cambridge, MA. We employ advanced aptamer technology to create novel medicines to augment host defense against infectious diseases, especially in the arena of neglected tropical diseases, and against cancer, especially in the arena of Immuno-Oncology. Our purpose is to help victims of the diseases of poverty (e.g., malaria and cholera) in the developing world and victims of treatment-resistant cancer in communities with developed market economies, thereby returning financial value to our investors and creating social benefit for the communities which we serve. Although we began company operations only recently in February 2018, we are already on track to be in clinic with our own novel aptamer therapeutic by mid-year 2019. We are growing rapidly and hiring both in Discovery and in Development sciences
