About Steve

Steve joined MassBio in March of 2019 and currently serves as Senior Program Director. In this role, Steve leads strategic programs and initiatives that advance MassBio’s mission, including oversight of the Launchpad initiative, which supports early-stage life sciences companies through curated programming, resources, and partnerships. He also partners across the organization to support day-to-day operational needs, with a focus on building and scaling programs that deliver meaningful value to member companies and support MassBio’s broader organizational priorities.

Previously, Steve served as Senior Director of the Edge Program, where he led MassBio’s preferred partner network and expanded partnerships with affiliate state trade organizations, extending cost-saving benefits across the life sciences ecosystem. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College and lives in Westwood with his wife, Meghan, and their daughter, Aubrey.
