About Erica

Erica joined the MassBio team in February 2026 as Events Manager for the MassBioHub, where she leads the planning of events for members of the MassBio community. A graduate of Georgetown University, Erica began her career in hospitality after relocating to Boston. She most recently served as Event Services Manager at Raffles Boston, where she managed a diverse portfolio of corporate programs and social events. Prior to that, she was the Private Event Manager at Mooo….Seaport, where she oversaw all aspects of private dining and special events from initial planning through on-site execution. Outside of the office, Erica enjoys exploring Boston’s restaurant scene with friends, taking on interior design projects, creating art, and spending quality time with her family.
