The full roster of presenting companies for the Align Summit (October 15, 2026 | Sheraton Boston Hotel) is live. Browse the full list of presenting companies.
Why it matters: In one building, on one day: 55 vetted early-stage companies, every one available for one-on-one meetings. For funders and business development leaders, that is a year’s worth of curated deal flow without leaving Boston.
Who’s presenting
- 55 companies across five tracks, 11 in each, selected through a competitive application and review process.
- 31 are headquartered in Massachusetts, concentrated in Cambridge and Boston. The rest come from eight other states and seven countries, including Australia, Israel, the Netherlands, Norway, and Uruguay. Norway, Israel, the Netherlands, Australia, and Uruguay.
- Series A and Series B companies make up 15 of the 55. The other 40 are at seed or pre-seed, several of them with clinical data already in hand.
- More than a third were founded in 2024 or later, and three incorporated this year.
- Fifteen are at the clinical or commercial stage, including programs in Phase 2 and Phase 3 and six diagnostics with products commercialized or ready for market. Another six are IND-enabling and heading for the clinic.
What they’re working on
Presentations run from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in five concurrent rooms, 20 minutes each. A quick read on where the science is heading:
- Advanced Biologics & Protein Therapeutics: Logic-gated ADCs and bispecifics engineered to activate only inside tumors, VHH biologics for cardiorenal diseases, antibodies aimed at obesity and cardiometabolic diseases, and immuno-oncology assets already generating Phase 2 data.
- AI for Drug Discovery & Development: Foundation models of human biology, virtual cell models, causal AI for target discovery, and generative design of compact gene editors and de novo proteins. Several of these companies are already partnering with pharma today. Diagnostics & Biomarkers: Detection moving out of the biopsy suite and into blood, urine, breath, and consumer wearable data. Earlier cancer detection, faster answers on whether a treatment is working, and rare-cell isolation down to one in a million.
- Engineered Molecular Medicines: Oral small molecules for inflammatory disease, non-opioid pain, bone loss, and bacterial infection that spares the microbiome, plus molecular glues built for targets long considered undruggable.
- Next-Generation Genetic Technologies: siRNA and ASO therapies aimed beyond the liver, suppressor tRNA platforms, vectorized RNAi for rare neuromuscular disease, and gene therapies for autoimmune, cardiometabolic, and neurodegenerative disorders.
Two themes cut across all five tracks. The first is delivery: a striking number of these companies are solving the problem of getting a payload past the blood-brain barrier, into a solid tumor, or to a tissue outside the liver. The second is oncology and neurodegeneration, two areas where the science on display stands out in some of the most crowded and ambitious fields.
Drive companies in the tracks
Nineteen of the 55 presenting companies are Drive cohort members from the spring and fall 2026 classes. They are integrated directly into the tracks alongside every other company rather than sectioned off into a showcase, which means funders evaluate them on the same footing as the rest of the field.
Why be there in person
Book your meetings before you arrive. The Jujama partnering platform lets registered attendees browse the full attendee list and schedule one-on-ones in advance. The companies you want time with will fill their calendars early.
Use the room. Between the presentation blocks, a networking break, lunch, and a two-hour closing reception, the day is built to keep funders, founders, and strategics in conversation.
Come for the main stage, too. A pharma business development panel on what buyers want in 2027, a Washington policy briefing for funders, and a regulatory panel featuring an SEC official and former FDA chief medical officer are also on the agenda.
