About Nathan

Nathan Dinh is Director of Federal Policy & Strategic Initiatives at MassBio. Prior to this role, he served as senior policy advisor at the National Security Commission on Emerging Biotechnology, a Congressional advisory body. There, he led the Commission’s work on AIxBio, innovation, data, and defense policies. He also supported the Commission’s external affairs efforts, including organizing stops as part of the “Biotech Across America” roadshow.

Previously, he was a Science Policy Fellow at the IDA Science and Technology Policy Institute, where he provided analytical and policy support to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. He was also a Research Analyst at Gryphon Scientific.

He holds a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in Science and Technology Policy from the George Washington University and a BS in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Richmond.
