About Bailey
Bailey joined MassBio in February 2023. As the Events Manager, she is responsible for planning and executing MassBio’s executive roundtables, working closely with each group’s co-chairs, sponsors, and speakers, to ensure engaging, impactful, and timely conversations during each event. She is responsible for the continued growth of each roundtable group and maintaining the engagement between peers from member companies to ensure the exchange of insights with people in similar roles throughout the industry. In addition, she collaborates closely with the Senior Director of Events and MassBio’s executive team to detail and operate forums and premier conferences throughout the year, helping deliver events that strengthen member engagement and advance MassBio’s mission.
Prior to working with the Events team, she served as the Events Manager for the MassBioHub, where she oversaw the planning, detailing, and execution of all member events in the Hub, MassBio’s conference and business center. In this role, she served as the main point of contact for members after the contracting process, to provide a customized experience for every group and to ensure the highest level of events. Prior to joining MassBio, Bailey was a Sales & Event Manager for almost a decade in the fine dining hospitality industry in Boston. Bailey graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Stage Management.
